As we embrace April 8th, 2024, we’re met with a celestial spectacle – the solar eclipse. Just weeks ago, we experienced the enigmatic dance of light and shadow during the lunar eclipse. These astronomical phenomena, coupled with Mercury in retrograde, evoke a period of introspection and revelation, particularly in our romantic relationships.

A lunar eclipse occurs when the Earth passes between the Sun and the Moon, casting a shadow on the Moon, while a solar eclipse happens when the Moon passes between the Earth and the Sun, temporarily darkening the sky. This interplay of cosmic energies often brings hidden truths to the surface, challenging us to confront aspects of ourselves and our relationships.

What Does This Mean For Us?

It signifies a time of revelation and concealment, where hidden truths may come to light, and facades are stripped away. With tensions potentially arising in relationships, particularly between intimate partners, it’s essential to navigate this period with mindfulness and self-awareness.

A year and a half ago, I underwent a total hysterectomy, plunging into full-blown menopause and facing my own set of challenges, including insomnia and brain fog. This morning, amidst internal turmoil, I found solace in journaling. By penning down my thoughts and feelings, I was able to confront my overwhelm and prioritize self-care.
