When it comes to dating a new romantic prospect there are more options today than there were say three decades ago.  You can meet dating prospects online via, Dating Apps, Social Media or Meetups.  Or you can meet dating prospects through family, friends, social gatherings or at work. 

While technology has introduced several new ways for people to connect, I prefer the traditional, i.e., the old fashioned way of dating, when it comes to matters of the heart.  As a Relationship Specialist I am frequently asked, which method of dating is best, online dating or meeting someone offline? And, my response is  always the same, I prefer the “real world approach,” and here’s why:

While technology creates more digital ways to connect, technology fails to convert those virtual connections into actual connections.  It takes more than a quick glance at an image or a polished profile to connect with someone new.  However, as we move further into the 21st century people will have two options to choose between: online dating vs. organic dating.
