On September 25, 2017 – A brand new singles and friends networking event, Conscious Cocktails London, launched at M. Victoria. The objective: to present an opportunity for singles busy London professionals meet and greet for a cause. Attendees made new friends, connected with old friends and supported a cause in the process.
“There are more than 17 million people looking to connect in the U.K, 3 million in London alone. There is a dire need for a healthy alternative for the many Londoners ‘looking to connect organically than virtually,’— like ‘Facebook,’ ‘Instagram,’Snap Chat; and ‘Twitter,’ etc. Londoners want to really connect, and they want feel good and have a good time in the process. Conscious Cocktails London is a fabulous way to meet fabulous people in a fabulous place for a cause.”-Relationship Specialist, Collette Gee
On a recent visit to London, Relationship Expert and author, Collette Gee saw the need for a healthier alternative for the millions of Londoners trying to meet others in this busy (and anonymous) global city. Collette’s company “Finding Happily,” joined with London’s “M Restaurants” to create a social opportunity that would solve the problem. The solution? Mix traditional “networking” with a new twist to help busy Londoner’s connect for a cause. Unlike most networking events, “Conscious Cocktails — London” focuses on building community among local business professionals and singles who are ready and willing to network and raise awareness around a worthy cause they believe in—while sipping one of M. Restaurants signature cocktails. This cause that kicked off this months event was the Grenfell Fire Survivors.
